Celebrating 50 Years of Title IX

No person in the United States shall, on the basis of sex, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any education program or activity receiving Federal financial assistance. Title IX Legislation Signed on June 23, 1972 by President Nixon

   The SDSU Athletics Women's Fund will directly support female student-athletes through:
  • The purpose of this fund is to raise awareness and financial support to achieve and maintain excellence across all women's programs,
  • Furthermore, the creation of this fund will enhance the academic and athletic resources for our female student-athletes, and will assist with scholarship support, facility updates, and other annual program needs.
  • Please join us in celebrating the launch of the SDSU Athletics Women's Fund at our kickoff luncheon on October 17th, 2022, at Snapdragon Stadium from 11:30 AM - 1:30 PM.
