Her senior season at Liberty Senior High School was her first competing in track and field … Did not start competing in pole vault until June 2022, and in four months, surpassed the 12-foot mark … Broke her high school record twice … Trained with Tim Reilly at Northwest Pole Vault Club in Seattle, Wash. … Prior to the move to pole vault, competed in gymnastics for 10 years … Also served on her school’s drill team, earning MVP.
