2005 - Qualified for the NCAA regional championships in the 800 meters at the Oxy Invitational with a personal-best time of 2:08.50, which ranks fourth on the Aztecs' all-time performance list ... also qualified for the NCAA regional meet in the high jump after capturing first place with a leap of 5-8.75 at the Azusa Pacific Meet of Champions, which tied her for sixth all-time in school history ... had the team's season-best time in the 400 (55:82), capturing first place at the San Diego City Championships ... also posted victories in the high jump (5-07.25) at the Mt. SAC Relays and in the 800 (2:10.14) at the Steve Scott Invitational ... ran the second leg of the 1,600-meter relay team which finished second (3:43.39) at the Mountain West Conference outdoor championships ... placed fifth in the 800 (2:17.07) at the MWC indoor championships.

2004 - Placed 14th in the heptathlon at the MWC outdoor meet ... also tied for seventh in the high jump (5-5) ... was eighth at the Cal-Nevada Championships in the 800 ... ran opening leg in the 1,600-meter relay team which finished first at the San Diego City Championships ... had a season-best 5-6 leap and 11th-place finish in the high jump at Mt. SAC ... also had a season-best 800 time of 2:11.81 at the Florida Relays ... runner-up in the 800 and the high jump at the City Championships ... tied for second in the high jump (5-4.25) and placed fifth in the 800 (2:13.6) at the Aztec Track Classic ... ran 800 leg of distance medley relay team that placed fourth at the Florida Relays (11:37.77) ... took sixth in the pentathlon with 3,209 points and tied for sixth in the high jump (5-3) at the MWC indoor meet.

2003 - Eighth in her first-ever heptathlon at the MWC outdoor meet, scoring 4,229 points ... best time in the 400 of 56.99 came at the UCSD Invite ... runner-up in the 400 at the Steve Scott Invite ... cleared a season-best 5-2.25 in the high jump at the conference outdoor meet ... competed in the 200, 400 and high jump at the MWC indoor championships ... third leg of the school record 4x400 relay (3:47.88), which took second at conference ... MWC all-academic selection.

High School - Named the Cardinals' Athlete of the Year and track MVP all four years at Laguna Creek High School ... personal-best 55.27 in the 400 ... sixth in the 4x400 relay at the Junior Olympics ... competed in the California state finals in the 4x100 and 4x400 relays from 1998-2000 ... also played basketball, receiving a spot on the all-city team in 2002 ... an honor roll student.
