NCAA West Regional qualifier in the 400-meter hurdles ... all-Mountain West Conference outdoor heptathlon selection after placing second in the event with 5,220 points, which was an NCAA provisional qualifying score ... took first place in the 400 hurdles in the first two meets of the season at the San Diego  City Championships and the Aztec Track and Field Classic with times of 1:00.59 (NCAA regional qualifying effort) and 1:01.19, respectively ... was the runner up in the 100 hurdles (14.21) at the San Diego City Championships and in the 400 hurdles (1:01.43) at the Cal-Nevada Championships ... owned the team[apos]s top 100 hurdle (14:08 at Mt. SAC Heptathlon) and high jump performance (5-4.50 in heptathlon at MWC Championships) of the season ... recorded San Diego State[apos]s second-best 400 hurdle time (1:00.54) at the NCAA West Regionals, and its second-best mark in the shot put (35-1.00 at Triton Invitational) and javelin throw (115-10 at San Diego City Championships) ... in her first heptathlon of the season, she posted an NCAA provisional qualifying score of 5,178 points at the Mt. SAC Heptathlon ... her top 800 time of 2:15.14 was SDSU[apos]s fourth fastest of the season ... part of the 4x400 relay that ran the fourth-fastest time of 2007 when she and teammates, Corri Campbell-Fell, Priscilla Chapu and Mandy Upuu, ran 3:49.81 at the Cal-Nevada meet ... season-best long jump came at the conference meet where she leaped 18-2.25 in the heptathlon ... logged 22 top-10 efforts in all events, which included 100 hurdles, 400 hurdles, 200-meter dash, 800, 4x400 relay, high jump, javelin throw, shot put and heptathlon ... enjoyed a solid indoor season as three of her top marks appear in the Aztec indoor record book ... her top 800 time of 2:16.38 at the TCR Race Productions Invitational, where she was the runner-up, ranks as the sixth best in school history ... her 60-meter hurdles time also ranks sixth (8.64 at MWC Championships ) ... ran the third leg on the 4x400 relay team with Sherraine Pencil, Nicole Stone and Chapu that finished with a time of 3:45.20 to rank fifth all time ... finished among the field[apos]s top 10 in 16 overall events during the indoor campaign ... won the spring 2007 academic all-conference award handed out by the MWC.

Mountain West Conference freshman of the year as announced at the league outdoor meet ... also garnered the meet[apos]s high point award with 26 points making her the league[apos]s first female athlete to garner both high point and freshman of the year accolades ... part of the quartet that set the school record in the 4x400 relay at the MWC indoor championships ... she, Nicole Stone, Mandy Upuu and Brittani Dudley finished the race in 3:43.63, which eclipsed the old mark set in 1999 by just .03 seconds ... the relay team finished second and earn all-league honors ... was the top performer in the 60-meter hurdles and the 800 and finished second in the high jump as a competitor in the pentathlon at the conference indoor championships ... her effort in the pentathlon at the league meet earned her third place (3,843 points) and a spot on the all-MWC team ... the freshman[apos]s performance was the third-best in school history and was a record in her native country of Iceland ... she also broke the 21-year old Icelandic record in the heptathlon at Mt. SAC by tallying a lifetime best point total of 5,402... at the outdoor MWC meet, she earned all-league accolades after she finished with her second NCAA provisional qualifying score and a second-place finish with a personal-best tying score of 5,402 points in the heptathlon ... added to her list of MWC awards when she was named all-conference in the 400 hurdles after finishing in first place with a time of 59.33 ... qualified for the NCAA West Regionals in the 400 hurdles, but did not compete due to injury ... was a member of the first-place winning 4x400 relay team at the Mountain T[apos]s Invitational (3:51.80) ... tasted victory three times by winning the 100 hurdles (15.16), 400 hurdles (1:01.21) and 4x400 relay (3:52.02) with the aforementioned group at the San Diego City Championships ... ran on a 4x100 (46.73) and a 4x400 (3:46.70) team that crossed the finish line second at the Aztec Track Classic ... posted an NCAA regional qualifying time in the 400 hurdles (1:00.50) as she placed third at the lone home meet of the season ... completed the heptathlon in fourth place (5,086) and posted an NCAA provisional qualifying mark despite nursing a sore foot at the Jim Click Shootout ... also helped her 4x100 (46.08 - season best) and 4x400 (3:41.22 - NCAA regional qualifying standard) relay teams come in second at Jim Click ... posted a then personal best in the 400 hurdles at the Duke Invitational with a time of 1:00.10 ... ran with Stone, Shana Solomon and Sherraine Pencil to post a then season-best time of 46.49 in the 4x100 at the Mt. SAC Relays ... set a pair of milestones at the Steve Scott Invitational as she posted a personal best in the javelin (115-4) and a lifetime best after a fourth-place finish in the 100 hurdles (14.10) ... 2006 MWC all-academic honoree.

High School/International
Competed under coach Jon Oddsson for the club team Iprottafelag Reykjavikur in Iceland ... Won the heptathlon at the 2004 Icelandic Championships with the highest point-total since 1985 (4,968) ... Holds the Icelandic junior national record in the heptathlon, triple jump and 400-meter hurdles ... also participated in the Junior Nordic Championships.
