• After missing 15 consecutive games collapsing in the home game vs. UC Riverside on Dec. 22, Dwayne Polee II returned to action. The senior went 60 days in between games.
• SDSU set a season high for field-goal percentage in a half after connecting on 63.2 percent in the first half.
• For the game, SDSU shot a season-high 59.6 percent from the floor. It was the team's highest since shooting 60.0 percent vs. Fresno State on March 1, 2014.
• The Aztecs improved to 23-0 under Steve Fisher when they shoot at least 59.5 percent from the floor.

• Tonight' crowd of 3,477 marks a season-high home attendances for the Spartans. In its last five road games, San Diego State has attracted season-high home crowds for Colorado State, Boise State, New Mexico and San Jose State. SDSU helped Colorado State, Boise State and New Mexico State to its only home sellouts of the season.
• SDSU's bench outscored SJSU's 28-0 and the Aztecs had a 44-12 advantage in points in the paint. SDSU also had 28 points off SJSU's 21 turnovers. The Spartans, meanwhile, had 11 points off turnovers.
