Bio entering 2026-27 season.
Dylan Parsley enters his second season as an assistant coach for the Aztecs after joining Nicolas Vinel in his first season as head coach during the 2025-26 campaign. Alongside Vinel, Parsley led the Aztecs to a 21-4 record, which is the team’s highest win percentage in program history and its most wins since 2013. The Aztecs won their second consecutive Mountain West Regular Season Championship and their fourth ever conference tournament title, earning their 25th team NCAA Championships appearance. The team ranked as high as 22nd in the nation in the ITA Rankings and finished the season at 52nd.
Parsley arrived on The Mesa in 2025 after two years as an assistant coach with the University of San Diego’s women’s tennis team.
A 2023 graduate of Azusa Pacific University, Parsley spent the first two years of his coaching career at San Diego. In 2024, he helped lead the 23rd-ranked Toreros to a 17-8 overall record (5-1 WCC), as well as their second consecutive appearance in the second round of the NCAA Tournament. In 2025, USD finished the season ranked 39th in the nation with an 11-10 overall record (5-1 WCC), earning wins over No. 26 Pepperdine (4-3) and No. 54 Washington State (4-2).
Prior to his stint at USD, the El Paso, Texas native played for four seasons at Azusa Pacific, during which the Cougars won back-to-back Pacific West Tournament championships in 2022 and 2023. Parsley earned a bachelor’s degree in communication management while also garnering ITA Scholar-Athlete and Academic All-PacWest distinction.
