Jordan Mottershaw began working with the women's basketball program in 2019. She served her first two years as the Administrative Assistant.

As the Director of Operations, Mottershaw manages the team budget, practice schedule, and team travel. She also organizes meal planning, recruiting visits, academics, and the Full Court Press booster club.

Mottershaw played three years at Western Oregon University and then transferred to Cal State San Bernardino for her final year of eligibility. She graduated from Western Oregon with a degree in Communication Studies and a minor in Sport Management. She then earned an MBA with a Management focus from Cal State San Bernardino. While at CSUSB, she worked with both the athletic department and special events and guest services.

Mottershaw graduated from nearby San Marcos High School where she was a four-year letterwinner in basketball and track. She earned all-state honors and first team all-CIF in basketball her senior year and was named the Avocado League Player of the Year.

Her mother, Julie Evans, was a standout for the Aztecs who averaged 22.3 points per game in the 1989-90 season. Evans is No. 2 all-time for field goals (601) and free throw percentage (.884) in a single-season.
