Struck out the next batter before foiling a suicide squeeze play when he field a bunt and flipped it to catcher Erik Castro for the out at home ... Made his first appearance in the field as an Aztec when he played center field for the final inning in the game against UC Davis at PETCO Park on April 3 ... Recorded his first collegiate hit when he singled as a pinch hitter against Southern Utah on March 24 ... Season and career-high three strikeouts in 2.1 innings at UNLV on Aril 11 ...
