2023 SEASON (As a Redshirt Sophomore): Started four games late in the season after sitting out much of the year recovering from an injury… Posted an 0-2 record with eight strikeouts against four walks in 7 1/3 innings… Made his first season appearance in the Aztecs’ series finale at home vs. UNLV, pitching 1 1/3 innings (4-30-23)… Offset two hits and a walk with a pair of strikeouts in 2.0 scoreless innings of SDSU’s 7-2 setback at San José State but did not factor in the decision (5-7-23)… Also tossed a season-long 2 1/3 innings in the weekend finale vs. Air Force, allowing one unearned run on three hits without a walk while fanning two batters (5-14-23)… Received the starting nod against Air Force in the first game of the Mountain West Championship, where he yielded four runs on five hits and two walks to go with a season-best three strikeouts in 1 2/3 innings (5-25-23).

2022 SEASON (As A Redshirt Freshman): Appeared in 14 games as a reliever, posting a 1-2 record with a 2.35 ERA … Ranked seventh on the squad with 31 strikeouts against six walks in just 23.0 innings of work … Led the team with a .195 opponent batting average (.1951) … Did not allow a hit in six appearances, including his collegiate debut of 2/3 innings against TCU at the MLB Tournament in Scottsdale, Arizona (2-18-22) … Pitched two innings for his first collegiate save vs. Houston at the same event the next day, fanning four batters without a walk (2-19-22) … Secured his first collegiate victory after tossing 2/3 scoreless innings against Utah at the Tony Gwynn Legacy, as the Aztecs rallied for a dramatic 4-3 triumph (2-27-22) … Set a career high with seven strikeouts in a season-long six innings vs. Hawai’i the following night but did not factor in the decision (2-28-22) … Pitched the final 1 1/3 innings in the second game of a weekend home series against Arizona State, as an SDSU rally fell short (3-5-22) … Fanned four hitters in a two-inning stint vs. UNLV in the second game of the Aztecs’ conference-opening set (3-12-22) … Posted three strikeouts in each of his last three games of the year, including a scoreless inning in the Scarlet and Black’s 5-1 home victory over Long Beach State (4-5-22) … Made his final 2022 appearance four days later, pitching 1 2/3 innings vs. San José State (4-9-22).

2021 SEASON (As a Freshman)Did not compete. Utilized redshirt season.

PRIOR TO COLLEGE: Won four letters for head coach Jon Polson at Damonte Ranch High School in Reno, Nevada … Garnered all-4A Northern League accolades during his sophomore and junior seasons after helping the Mustangs to a pair of regional playoff berths, including a bracket finals appearance in 2018 … Set a school record with 13 strikeouts in a single game … Was ranked as the No. 2 right-handed pitcher in Nevada for the 2020 high school graduating class by Perfect Game and fourth overall in the state … Additionally found himself among the top 500 recruits nationally and received a scouts grade of 9.5 by the website … Merited first-team preseason All-America distinction for the West Region in 2020 before his senior campaign was cut short due to the COVID-19 pandemic … Also received third-team preseason All-America recognition for the same region in 2019 after earning high honorable mention in 2018 … Played for the Athletics squad at the prestigious Area Code Games in 2019 … Participated in the esteemed Perfect Game National Showcase that same year after landing a spot on the top prospect list at PG’s Junior National Showcase in 2018 … Additionally appeared on top prospect lists at the 2017 California Underclass Showcase and the 2019 Sunshine West Showcase … Was a member of the GBG Marucci Navy club team that captured the 2018 PG Fall National Underclass Championship in Surprise, Arizona, after competing for the West (Navy) squad at the PG Underclass All-American Games in San Diego earlier in the summer.
