CHULA VISTA, Calif. -- Senior Chanachon Chokprajakchat (Bangkok, Thailand) finished in third place to lead the San Diego State men’s golf team on the final day of the R.E. He had four birdies and two bogeys in today’s round.
Sophomore Kai Hirayama (Arcadia, Calif.) finished in a tie for ninth at -4 following a 1-under 71 on Tuesday. It was the first top-10 finish of his Aztec career after coming to The Mesa from California for the 2025-26 campaign. He had five birdies and four bogeys on the day.

The Aztecs, who are 28th in the latest Scoreboard powered by clippd computer rankings, came in fifth out of 16 teams at 13-under-851 after winning the event last year at 43-under.
