SAN DIEGO – This weekend, the San Diego State men's tennis team returns to the Aztec Tennis Center for a pair of home matches. The Aztecs will host Air Force at 1 p.m. on Thursday, April 4, and No. 66-ranked New Mexico at 10 a.m. on Monday, April 8. The SDSU-Air Force match was originally scheduled for Friday but was pushed up a day due to rain in the forecast while the SDSU-New Mexico match was originally scheduled for Sunday but was pushed back a day to accommodate the Lobos' travel schedule.

The winner of nine of its 11 matches at home, San Diego State (11-5, 0-2) is looking to bounce back from a rough opening weekend of Mountain West play. The Aztecs fell 4-3 at Boise State on March 29 and 4-2 at Nevada in a match that started on March 31 and finished on April 1.

SDSU's lone newcomer, Robin Parts has led the way for the Scarlet and Black this season. Parts is undefeated in singles (11-0) and holds a 7-2 doubles record with partner Alexander Mandma. He primarily plays on the fifth court in singles and on the top court in doubles.

Air Force (6-9, 1-1) hung on for a 4-3 win over Nevada last week before falling 4-2 against Utah State. The Aztecs have dominated the Falcons historically, winning 34 of 36 matches all-time including a 4-2 victory to finish the regular season last year.

No. 66-ranked New Mexico (10-7, 1-0) took down Utah State 4-3 to open the conference season but could not get its match in at UNLV. San Diego State holds a 24-21 edge in the all-time series against the Lobos but was bested 4-1 a season ago.

Both matches will be live streamed.
