SALEM, S.C. -- The San Diego State men's golf team put up a furious rally down the stretch but came up one shot short of making a playoff at the NCAA Salem Regional Wednesday afternoon in Salem, South Carolina. The Aztecs fired a 16-under-par 272 in today's final round on the par-72, 7,126-yard The Cliffs at Keowee Falls, tying with No. 26 Georgia Southern at 28-under 836.
