SAN DIEGO – The Aztec lacrosse team (5-9) will host Arizona State (4-10) on Friday, April 21st at 7 p.m in its final home competition of the season. The team will honor 10 seniors in a pregame ceremony. The game will be streamed on Aztec Lacrosse Youtube channel.

Aztec Tidbits:
• The Aztecs last contest was a road matchup against the Colorado Buffaloes, where they fell 4-17.
• The team will face their fourth PAC-12 opponent Friday after facing California, USC, and Colorado earlier this season.
• Senior Deanna Balsama leads the Aztecs in scoring with 42 goals on the season.
• Goalkeeper Sam Horan continues to lead the nation in saves and saves per game. 
• The Aztecs will honor its 10 seniors prior to game time on Friday evening at the Aztec Lacrosse Field.

Season Preview Tidbits:
• Cailin Young and Shelby Hook along with Sam Horan will be the team captains this season. 
• SDSU has 8 newcomers (six freshmen and two transfers).
• Head coach Kylee White (12th season), the only head coach in program history, received a five-year contract extension in the fall of 2022.

The Sun Devils stand at 4-10 with three games remaining in the 2023 campaign… This is the seventh meeting between the Sun Devils and the Aztecs. . .The Sun Devils currently lead 4-2 all-time over the Aztecs in the six previous matchups dating back to 2018…
