PALO ALTO, Calif. – San Diego State track and field sent a small contingent of athletes to the Stanford Invitational as the distance runners competed in Palo Alto, California on Friday.
Jessica Kain competed in the fourth heat of the 1500m, earning a third place finish with a mark of 4:20.87.
Alex Lomeli placed second in her heat of the 1500m run with a time of 4:28.98, earning a new personal best record.
UP NEXT
Lauren Harper will race in the 800-meter run on Saturday to finish competition for the Aztecs in Palo Alto.
