SAN DIEGO – With the completion of the 2022 Golden Coast Conference (GCC) women's water polo regular-season schedule, the league announced the seeds and matchups for next week's GCC Women's Championship tournament at the Lancer Aquatic Center on the campus of Cal Baptist University in Riverside, Calif. San Diego State is the 4-seed and will play Azusa Pacific, the 5-seed, in a quarterfinal game on Friday, April 22 at 2 p.m. PT.

The Aztecs (12-14, 4-3 GCC) and Azusa Pacific met on March 25 at the Aquaplex with San Diego State coming away with a 14-13 overtime victory.
