SAN DIEGO – The San Diego State swimming and diving program wraps up its home schedule on Friday, Jan. 28 with a dual meet against the University of San Diego Toreros, which is scheduled to get underway at the Aztec Aquaplex at 12 p.m. PT. In addition, 11 seniors, who will be competing in their final home meet, will be honored in a ceremony prior to the competition.
 
San Diego State, which has not competed in its home pool since Jan. 4, will put its 35 consecutive dual meet win streak on the line on Friday. The Aztecs have not lost a dual meet since Jan. 8, 2018, a span of 1,480 days.
 
In records dating back to the 2001-02 season, the Aztecs have defeated the Toreros 19 straight times, including three times in its current 35 dual meet win streak.
 
The 11 seniors who will be honored prior to the meet are Gina Cazares, Cathy Cooper, Ryan Dulaney, Gillian Garcia, Sammy Geyer, Ximena Lechuga Gonzalez, Lexi Letts, Lizzie Menzmer, Kristina Murphy, Mia Ryan and Klara Thormalm.
