  • Live stats and a stream will be available for this weekend's games. The websites for both the live stats and stream are linked on GoAztecs.com (women's lacrosse schedule page).

  • LAST TIME OUT (vs. No. 13 USC, Feb. 13, 2021): San Diego State lacrosse fell to No.13 USC 20-6 in their 2021 season opener at Aztec Lacrosse Field. The Trojans came back from an early 4-2 Aztecs' lead to go on a 15-5 scoring run throughout the rest of the game, including scoring 12 points in the second half.

  • LAST TIME OUT (vs. UC Davis, March 5, 2021): The San Diego State lacrosse team struggled in a non-conference matchup with the UC Davis Aggies, stumbling to UC Davis by a score of 18-7 Friday, March 5 at Aztec Lacrosse Field. SDSU got off to a quick start and easily accumulated a 4-2 lead over their MPSF Conference foe with goals from Young, Brown, Tan, and Resnick to kick off the game. From there, it was all Aggies on the scoring front, as UC Davis outscored the Scarlet and Black 16-3 in the last 42 minutes of play.

  • LAST TIME OUT (last game played, vs. California, April 4, 2021): The San Diego State lacrosse team ended its four-game slide with an 11-10 win over the California Golden Bears at Aztec Lacrosse Field. Caitlin Jones kicked off the game's scoring with her first goal of the day just 1:27 into the matchup and the Scarlet and Black took an 8-5 lead into halftime. The Aztecs' defense held off a 4-0 late-game run by the Golden Bears to secure their third victory of the 2021 season.

  • San Diego State lacrosse fifth year Katy Sharretts was named Mountain Pacific Sports Federation (MPSF) Defensive Player of the Week for the period ending April 4, the conference offices announced Monday. The award is Sharretts' third of the season and the Aztecs' third defensive player of the week award in the last four weeks. Sharretts was dominant in the net for the Scarlet and Black in their victory over the Golden Bears, recording a .444 save percentage while grabbing two ground balls. Six of her saves came in the second half when the Bears went on a 4-0 run to tie up the game, 9-9, while three of her saves kept the game in the Aztecs' favor after California's game-tying run. Additionally, with her eight saves throughout the Easter Sunday matchup, the Bel Air, Md. native became just the seventh netminder in MPSF history to accumulate 500-or-more saves in her career. Her program-leading career total currently sits at 505 saves, nine saves away from sixth-most in conference history (Anna Poponyak, Oregon—514).

  • With her 13 assists this season, Emily Resnick sits third in the conference in the assists category as well as fourth in the MPSF for total points (27 points on 14 goals and 13 assists). The graduate student continues to rank eighth in the league for draw controls (16) while holding the tied-for-fifth most free position goals (6, tied with SDSU's Lexi Tan).

  • Other Aztecs sitting in the top-ten MPSF conference statistics categories include:
    •  Bailey Brown- 39 draw controls (fourth in the MPSF), 17 goals (tied-for-eighth in the conference),10 caused turnovers (third in the league), 37 shots (ninth in the MPSF)
    •  Katy Sharretts- 21 ground balls (tied-for-fifth in the MPSF)
    •  Cailin Young- 20 draw controls (fifth in the conference), 7 caused turnovers (tied-for-fifth in the MPSF)

  • The Scarlet and Black's first true conference game comes against the UC Davis Aggies Sunday, one of two conference matchups used to determine seeding for the MPSF conference tournament. After meeting the Aggies in Davis, the Aztecs play their second conference game against Fresno State on April 17 in the friendly confines of Aztec Lacrosse Field. The standings after those two games will determine seeding for the conference tournament and will decide which two programs play in the semifinals on April 30 (No. 2 vs. No. 3), with the winner of that matchup heading to play the No.1 seed in the championship game on May 1.
