SAN DIEGO —  San Diego State lacrosse's junior Courtney Robinson was named Mountain Pacific Sports Federation (MPSF) Player of the Week, the conference offices announced Monday evening. Robinson earned the offensive player of the week nod for the period ending Feb. 28.

In the Aztecs' 12-11 win over the Golden Bears Sunday, Feb. 28, Robinson not only scored her first goal of 2021 but earned a hat trick for just the second time while donning the Scarlet and Black. She added a draw control and a ground ball to round out an impressive stat line in SDSU's second win over a Pac-12 foe this season.

After two games on the road, the Aztecs return home to host their first MPSF-foe of the year on March 5. The UC Aggies come to town for a 1 p.m. Friday matchup at Aztec Lacrosse Field. At this time, no fans will be permitted to attend SDSU home games at Aztec Lacrosse Field due to COVID-19 protocols.
