SAN DIEGO – Head men's soccer coach Ryan Hopkins has announced the Aztecs' 2020 spring schedule. SDSU will play five matches, all against local squads, with four of them happening on the Sports Deck.
The Aztecs begin their spring slate March 14 when they host Cal State San Marcos at 6 p.m.
The following week they welcome in Point Loma Nazarene Saturday, March 21.
On Friday, March 27 they will head to the University of San Diego before returning home for their annual spring friendly with the Tijuana Xolos April 10.
SDSU will close out their spring season April 18 when they host UC San Diego, who will be entering their first season as a D-I program
All matches on the SDSU Sports Deck are free to attend.
The Aztecs return Tevenn Roux and Hunter George, who tied for second on the team in points a year ago. SDSU also brings back Tristan Weber, Keegan Kelley, Kyle Colonna and Arturo Chavez, all of which started at least nine matches last season. SDSU also boasts one of the top incoming recruiting classes in the nation.
