Aztecs Hit the Road to Take on Long Beach State

SAN DIEGO – San Diego State's women tennis team head on the road for the first time this season when they travel to take on Long Beach State on Saturday, Feb. 8.
 
The Aztecs are now 2-1 after falling to the University of Alabama 5-2 Friday, Jan. 31. All three SDSU duos lost in doubles action, however, junior Nnena Nadozie and freshman Julia Jordan saw victories in singles action. Long Beach State is currently 1-1, most recently securing a victory over UC Davis on Sunday, topping the Aggies 6-1.
 
The Scarlet and Black look to avenge their last meeting with Long Beach State where the Aztecs fell 4-3 at the Aztecs Tennis Center, Feb. 1, 2019.
 
The match between the Aztecs and CSULB is set to begin at 1 p.m. at Rhodes Tennis Center. Results will be available after the conclusion of competition on GoAztecs.com.
