COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – For their hard work in the classroom, 37 San Diego State student-athletes who competed in the Fall semester were announced as 2019 Academic All-Mountain West honorees on Friday afternoon.
To be eligible for selection, student-athletes must have completed at least one academic term at their member institution while maintaining a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or better and be a starter or significant contributor on their athletic team.
SDSU football team led the Aztecs with 13 honorees. Women's soccer had 10, followed by volleyball with eight and cross country with six.
