If SDSU defeats Stanford on Friday, then it will play both its Saturday games at the UC Irvine Aquatics Center.  It the team loses it will play its two Saturday games at the Corona Del Mar High School Pool. Regardless of location, San Diego State will either play No. 8 UC San Diego (9-3) or No. 9 UC Santa Barbara (8-5) in its first game on Saturday.

The Aztecs are 44-13 all-time against the Tritons but have dropped its last four to UCSD.  SDSU has a 44-20 advantage in the all-time series against the Gauchos but have come up on the short end of the score in each of the last three meetings, including a 3-2 loss in the Triton Invitational two weeks ago.

A win in its first game on Saturday, regardless of opponent, means the Aztecs will play again at 2:45 p.m., in the same pool.  A loss in its first game on Saturday, regardless of opponent, means the Aztecs will play again at 1:30 p.m., in the same pool.

On Sunday, when final placings are determined, SDSU will play one game in the same pool it competed in on Saturday.
