SAN DIEGO -- San Diego State men's soccer head coach Lev Kirshner is pleased to announce the Aztecs Soccer Academy and Camp schedule, beginning with their I.D. Camp on April 27-28.
Additionally, SDSU's Pac-12 men's soccer program will offer day camps for boys aged 6-12 years old as well their residential/commuter camp for HS aged players and older. There will be two sessions for each of these camps.
The Spring I.D. Camp will be a day and a half beginning on April 27th (9:00am-3:30pm) and ending on April 28th (9:30am-12:00pm) for $225 per camper. Participants will be fed lunch on the Saturday and receive an Aztec Soccer camp t-shirt. A variety of college coaches and players will be on staff to give campers high level training and demonstration.
The youth day camps will be held July 15-17. There is a full day (9:30-3 p.m) for $200 per camper and a half day option (9:30am-12:00pm) for $150 per camper. The primary goal of these camps is to increase the camper's love for soccer while improving their skill and knowledge of the game. There will be plenty of fun exercises that are both technically challenging and competitively engaging.
The residential and commuter camps take place July 22-25. The overnight option is $675 and the commuter option is $550 with campers participating daily from 9:30am- 9:30pm.
These camps are designed to introduce every camper to the philosophies and rigors of college training methods. Sessions are taken directly from the Aztec practice regimens as well as other collegiate programs, incorporating technical and tactical, competitive exercises that will challenge any advanced player.
Campers can expect organized themed training sessions and competitive games under the tutelage of elite coaches. Coaches are regularly represented by programs such as, but not limited to, UC-Irvine, CSU-Fullerton, Loyola Marymount, Cal Poly Pomona, Point Loma, San Marcos, UCSD, University of San Diego.
