SAN DIEGO – San Diego State swimming and diving senior Courtney Vincent was named Mountain West Co-Swimmer of the Week for the week ending Oct. 20.

The league retroactively named Vincent as a Co-Swimmer of the Week for the week ending Oct. 20 alongside Robin Pinger form Boise State today when announcing the Swimmer and Diver of the Week for the period ending Oct. 27.

Vincent was a star for the Aztecs in their first meet of the home season, finishing first in the 100 butterfly, second in the 100 backstroke, and aiding the SDSU 200 Medley Relay team to a win when the Aztecs took on Boise State and Pepperdine Friday, Oct. 18. At the time of her nomination, her 100 butterfly finish ranked as the MW's top time during the 2019-20 season while sitting 32nd in the national rankings. The Aztecs' relay squad also made waves in the conference rankings at the meet, as their first-place finish ranked as the top effort by a MW relay team this season while ranking as the 24th-best time in the NCAA.

The Aztecs' swimmers next compete at the Mizzou Invitational Nov. 20-22.
