SAN DIEGO -- The San Diego State football team will play host to its annual Spring Game presented by Sonic this Saturday, March 23, beginning at 1 p.m. PT on the enclosed grass practice field adjacent to Parking Structure 7.

Admission to the game and parking on campus is free. The gates open at 12:30 p.m. PT.

The first 1,000 fans in attendance will receive Aztec football t-shirts and there will be free foam fingers for children (while supplies last).

Free rosters and schedules will also be available, and there will be performances by the SDSU Pep Band, cheer and dance squads, along with a live DJ.

Additionally, food, beer and non-alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase, as well as 50 percent off SDSU gear from the SDSU Bookstore tent.

Sonic, the game sponsor, will raffle off a $250 gift card during the event, and will be on hand to give out coupons for free Sonic food and drink, Sonic "swag" and Sonic themed candy. Sonic's Cherry Limeade mascot will also be available for photos with the fans.

The Spring Game wraps up the third week of San Diego State's practice. The Aztecs are scheduled to practice the allowable 15 times this spring.

San Diego State finished the 2018 campaign with a 7-6 record, highlighted by wins over No. 23/25 Arizona State and rv/No. 24 Boise State. The Aztecs, who return their leading passer (Ryan Agnew), rusher (Juwan Washington) and tackler (Kyahva Tezino) from a year ago, are one of 14 teams to make a bowl game in nine consecutive seasons.

SDSU is accepting new account deposits on 2019 season tickets through the Aztec Ticket Office, while current season-ticket holders can also renew their tickets for the 2019 campaign. Fans can purchase tickets through GoAztecs.com, over the phone by calling (619) 283-7378, or by visiting SDCCU Stadium's Window E between 9 a.m. PT and 5 p.m. PT.
