Professional Background
I spent the summers from 2001-2005 working for SDSU's Upward Bound programs as an instructional assistant, and later the program's social studies teacher. During the academic years of 2003-2006 I served as an academic mentor with SAASS for the sport of football, and was also an adjunct Head Women's Cross Country and Assistant Track coach at San Diego Mesa College.
