SERIES RECORDS
San Diego State has a record of 29-10 all-time vs Fresno State since the teams first met during the 1980 season. The Aztecs have won each the last four contests against the Bulldogs and seven of the previous eight. Fresno State has not defeated the Aztecs in San Diego since the 1999 campaign.
The Aztecs have a record of 19-8 against San Jose State, The Spartans last bested San Diego State in 2014 at home with SDSU winning the last three in a row and five of the last six encounters between the schools.

THOMPSON SETS IT UP
Setter Indigo Thompson, a sophomore transfer from Virginia Commonwealth, averaged over 14 assists (44 assists in three sets) per set in the win over Air Force on Oct. 1. She finished with the same stat in the three-set win over Long Beach State on Sept. 17. Since assuming the starting role at setter on Sept. 16, she has average 11.00 assists per set. She had her SDSU best of 58 assists in the win over Utah State on Sept. 24. Her assist total in that match was the most by an Aztec since Johnna Fouch recorded 61 against Fresno State on Nov. 3, 2012.

PSOMA LEADS HITTERS
Sophomore Alexandra Psoma continues to lead the SDSU offense with an average of 3.16 kills per set, a mark that is just outside the top 10 in the Mountain West this week. After three Mountain West matches, she is averaging 3.82 kills per set in league play. In the win over Utah State on Sept. 24, she led all players with 18 kills, one shy of her season and career best. She had a career-high 19 kills in the win at Rhode Island on Sept. 9.

HARRIS REMAINS HOT
Deja Harris has hit .350 or higher in seven of SDSU's last eight matches and has a .457 hitting percentage over that span. Her .408 hitting percentage in all matches this season leads the conference this week. She has been in double figures in kills in five of the Aztecs' last six contests. In the Aztecs' last six matches she is averaging 3.15 kills per set. She is also averaging 1.00 blocks per set through three conference matches.

BOLDEN SERVES IT UP
Senior Danielle Bolden set her Aztec career best with five service aces in the win over Utah State on Sept. 24. Her 0.91 aces per set leads the league in conference matches. She has recorded at least two service aces in each of SDSU's last three matches and at least one assist in four straight. Bolden set a career high with 23 digs in the win over Stony Brook on Sept. 10.

PRITCHARD AT LIBERO
Sophomore Devyn Pritchard has been SDSU's starter at the libero position in each of the past six matches during which she is averaging 3.65 digs per set. She set her season high with 23 digs in the win over Utah State on Sept. 24. She recorded 15 digs in each of the matches vs. Long Beach State and Cal State Fullerton on Sept. 17. She is now averaging 3.33 digs per set, a mark that would rank eighth in the conference, but she has appeared in only 40 sets of SDSU's 63 sets. Players must appear in 66.7 percent of team's sets to qualify for inclusion in league stats.

AZTEC NOTES
Freshman Tamia Reeves has a .448 hitting percentage this season, but has played in only 31 sets and does not qualify for inclusion in the conference stats (must play in 66.7 percent of team's sets) ... SDSU has lost back-to-back matches only once this season (its second and third contests of the year) ... Three players have started all 13 matches for the Aztecs this season: Alexandra Psoma, Deja Harris and Alexis Cage. Harris and Cage have played in every set in 2016 ... Alexandra Psoma has reached double figures in kills in 11 matches, just ahead of the 10 by Deja Harris. No other player has done so on more than four occasions (Hannah Turnlund) ... Danielle Bolden is averaging 3.36 digs per set after three conference matches.
