Big Notes
• The Aztecs are bowl eligible for the seventh straight season.
• San Diego State winning streaks extended:
- 14 straight victories against conference opponents (longest active win streak in the nation)
- 13 straight home wins against conference opponents
- 12 straight victories in games played in the Pacific Time Zone
- 9 straight victories at home
- 5 straight victories in Friday games
- 5 straight wins against teams from state of California

• SDSU's 39-point winning margin was its largest since a 47-0 win over Nicholls on Sept. 4, 2010 and largest in a league game since a 56-8 victory over Hawai`i on Oct. 11, 1996.
• SDSU had two 100-yard rushers in the same game for the fifth time in the last 17 contests and 23rd time in school history. San Diego State is now 22-1 when it has multiple 100-yard rushers.
• Donnel Pumphrey recorded his 27th career 100-yard game with 135 yards and two touchdowns on 24 carries. He remained eighth on the all-time NCAA rushing list with 5,518 yards.
• Rashaad Penny had his second 100-yard game in three games. He finished five yards shy of matching his career high of 110.
• The Aztecs improved to 6-1 overall, their best seven-game record to open a campaign since the 1977 squad was 6-1.
• San Diego State held its third straight opponent to single digits in scoring for the first time since a four-game stretch from Oct. 15-Nov. 5, 1977.
• SDSU is outscoring the opposition, 469-148, (33.5-10.6 averages) over the 14-game conference winning streak.
• San Diego State has now gone 393 minutes, 22 seconds (393:22) without trailing in a regular season conference game (last was a 10-7 deficit at Colorado State on Oct. 31, 2015. SDSU won, 41-17).
• The Aztecs extended its streak of not trailing in a regular-season conference game at home to 443 minutes, 13 seconds (443:13) (last was a 14-13 deficit to Air Force on Nov. 21, 2014. SDSU won, 30-14).
• SDSU held the Spartans to 209 total yards and now has held 19 consecutive conference opponents to less than 400 yards of total offense, the longest active streak in FBS.
• San Diego State has not allowed an offensive touchdown through three Mountain West games this year (six points on two field goals) and its opponents are averaging just 182.7 yards (548 yards through three games).
• The Aztecs won their 28th consecutive game when rushing for at least 200 yards. SDSU is now 36-2 in the Rocky Long era when rushing for 200-plus yards.
Team Notes
• The Aztecs won their fifth straight game played on Friday and improved to 11-2 all-time in Friday contests.
• SDSU won its fifth straight game against a team from the state of California (California, Fresno State (2), and San José State (2)). That is San Diego State's longest win streak against teams from the Golden State since a five-game streak from 1977-78.
• San Diego State won for the 16th time over its last 17 games overall. The 16-1 record since Oct. 3, 2015 is the third-best record nationally during that span, trailing only Alabama (18-0) and Clemson (18-1).
• The Aztecs outscored SJSU, 21-3, in the first half and has now outscored the opposition, 336-104, in the first half over the last 17 games.
• SDSU has a rushing touchdown in 19 straight games (50 total) and in 29 of their last 30 games, and 16 straight with multiple rushing scores (47 total).

Trends
• SDSU did not start with the ball for just the seventh time over the last 63 games.
• San Diego State lost the coin toss for just the 12th time over the last 31 games.
• The Aztecs have now gone 124 games without suffering a shutout (Nov. 18, 2006 at TCU), which is the third-longest streak among current Mountain West schools (Air Force at 291 and Boise State at 245). That is the only time SDSU has been shut out in their last 216 games.
