The San Diego State swimmers continue competition at the eighth annual Art Adamson Invitational with the prelims of six events beginning at 9:30 a.m. (MT) this morning. The SDSU divers, meanwhile, will be in Tucson, Ariz., for the Wildcat diving Invitational with prelims set to start at 11:00 a.m. (PT).
In addition to the Aztecs, other participating schools (with their national ranking by CollegeSwimming.com) at the Art Adamson Invitational include Texas A&M (3), Stanford (9), Louisiana State (28), Boise State (42), Arizona State (45), Southern Methodist (50), TCU and Utah.
Each day's event finals will commence at 6:00 p.m. (CT) and be televised by the SEC Network as well as streamed on line.
The Aztec divers will be squaring off against competitors from Brigham Young, Arizona, New Mexico State, UC Davis, Cal Poly, Idaho and Northern Colorado.
San Diego State is 41st this week in the Division I rankings published by CollegeSwimming.com. The Aztecs are also ranked sixth in this week's Division Mid-Major Poll (by CollegeSwimming.com).
