SAN DIEGO - San Diego State men's tennis players Freddy Gelbrich, Hendrik Jebens and Milen Ianakiev will compete at the 2015 Saint Francis Health System ITA Men's All-American Championships in Tulsa, Okla., with the pre-qualifying draw occurring on Oct. 3 and Oct. 4, the qualifying draw set for Oct. 5-7 and the main draw running from Oct. 8-12.

Gelbrich and Jebens qualified as both a doubles pairing and as singles. As a doubles team, the duo is listed as an alternate for the main draw and is also a qualifying pair. Both Gelbrich and Jebens are qualifying singles. Ianakiev, meanwhile, is a pre-qualifying single for the tournament.

As a pair, Gelbrich and Jebens are ranked 31st nationally after a 2015 season that saw them earn an all-league selection, yield a 19-6 record, all in the top spot, and post a 6-1 record against Mountain West opponents.

In the No. 77 spot for singles nationwide, Gelbrich, a senior, was the 2015 Co-Mountain West Player of the Year, San Diego State's second such honoree since 2012. A three-time Mountain West Player of the Week selection, the Isernhagen, Germany native finished the year with a 16-9 record and a 15-7 mark in dual matches, including a 12-6 mark in the top spot.

Jebens, sitting 112nd in the nation, was an All-Mountain West singles pick in 2015 as a sophomore, going 22-5 overall, 19-4 in dual matches and 5-1 in conference play. The native of Stuttgart, Germany was undefeated against nationally-ranked opponents: No. 67 Karue Sell of UCLA, No. 72 Filip Vittek of San Diego and No. 82 Samir Iftikhar of New Mexico.

Ianakiev, a native of Elz, Hesse, Germany, produced a 20-9 record in 2015, finishing the season on a five-match win streak. The junior went 15-8 last season in dual matches and was 5-2 against conference opponents.
