LOS ANGELES, Calif. - San Diego State completed action at the Trojan Diving Invitational Sunday afternoon with the platform competition at USC's Uytengsu Aquatic Center. A total of 24 athletes including five SDSU divers took part in the event.

Freshman Alexandra Caplan ended the afternoon in 16th place with a score of 189.25. That result goes into the SDSU record book as the eighth-highest ever for an Aztec diver.

The Aztec divers' next competition will be during the swimming and diving triple dual meet against Air Force, Incarnate Word and UC San Diego on Dec. 29 at the Aztec Aquaplex.
