NOV. 1 ALL-SKILLS CAMP/REGISTRATION
SAN DIEGO -- The San Diego State softball team will host a camp on Nov. 1, head coach Kathy Van Wyk announced today. The All-Skills Fall Camp will take place from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. PT at SDSU Softball Stadium, the same place were the Aztecs play their home games.
Campers will learn basic fundamentals of the game while having fun! Modification will be made for beginners and more advanced athletes. The entire SDSU softball team will be there to demonstrate and engage with campers.
The camp is open to any and all participants from the ages of 7 and up. The cost is $40 and parking is available in Parking Structure 5 for $1/hour.
Each attendee must bring her own softball equipment - batting helmet, batting gloves, bat, glove, sweats, catcher's gear, kneepads, tennis shoes, cleats, athletic clothing, visor or hat and a water bottle. It is also assumed that each camper will have some sort of storage/bag for their gear.
Additionally, every camper must turn in a medical waiver form prior to the camp date via e-mail to Mia Longfellow at mlongfellow@mail.sdsu.edu, and provide her own lunch. Water, however, will be provided.
