FALL SCHEDULE

SAN DIEGO - The San Diego State women's lacrosse team resumes its fall schedule by hosting the first-ever SDSU Play Day on Sunday, Oct. 19, beginning with a contest against Fresno State at 7 a.m. PT. The Aztecs will complete the day with matchups against post collegiate women's club teams Tricheck at 10 a.m. PT, Gamma Delta Chi at 1 p.m. PT, and San Diego Club at 2 p.m. PT.

"It will be fun hosting our own Play Day for the first time, as we help grow the game by hosting some post collegiate club teams out of Southern California," head coach Kylee White said.

SDSU heads to Northern California next week, as the Aztecs compete in the UC Berkeley Play Day on Oct. 25, to take on Oregon beginning at 1 p.m. PT, and California at 2 p.m. PT. San Diego State concludes its fall ball schedule at the Stanford Play Day, where the Aztecs will face Fresno State, Oregon, Stanford and California, with game times still to be determined.

San Diego State earned its first-ever postseason berth in 2014, setting new program records along the way. The Aztecs recorded their most Mountain Pacific Sports Federation (MPSF) victories (4), most road victories (4) and most conference player of the week honors (6) last season. SDSU also recently announced its 2014 recruiting class, which features four All-Americans, four all-State selections and three transfers from other Division I programs.
