COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - Three San Diego State divers continued competition at the 2014 NCAA Zone E Diving Meet with the 3-meter event being contest Friday at the Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, Colo. Two freshmen and a sophomore are representing SDSU in the met that includes the top collegiate divers in the western U.S.

In a field of 58 competitors on the 3-meter board, Aztec sophomore Chandler Marshall placed 40th with a score of 237.55. Freshman Marlee Kersting finished 47th at 215.05 with first-year Aztec Shannon Finigan ending the day in 54th place after scoring 193.35 points.

USC's Haley Ishimatsu won the event with a mark of 322.15.

Competition at the Zone E Meet concludes on Saturday (Mar. 15) with prelims on the platform scheduled to get underway at 11:00 a.m. (MT) and the finals slated to start at 12:50 p.m.
