SAN DIEGO -
The San Diego State rowing team is set to host Junior Day for those interested in the program. The day is set for Saturday, Feb. 8 from 3:30-6:30 p.m. The event will mark an opportunity for rowers that will graduate in 2015 to meet the coaches, athletic department support staff and explore the SDSU campus.
The 2014 season marks the first spring season for head coach Bill Zack and assistants Daniel Duxbury and Heather Crichton. The trio will usher in a new era for Aztec rowing as the program will be a first-year member of Conference USA.
Rowers and their parents interested in the Aztec program should contact coach Duxbury (dduxbury@mail.sdsu.edu) and see the Junior Day flier for more information.
The first official race of this year's slate is set for March 8 against UCLA at 9 a.m. in Marina Del Rey, Calif.
