Aztec Lacrosse Announces Two Clinics

COMPLETE PLAYER CLINIC (SEPT. 25) | GIRLS YOUTH CLINIC (OCT. 9)

The San Diego State lacrosse team will host two clinics, including one this Sunday (Sept. 25), head coach Kylee White announced today.

Sunday's Complete Player Clinic will run from 9:30 a.m.-3 p.m. and will be held at the SDSU Lacrosse Field. It costs $75 and lunch will not be served, so participants should bring their own food.

The Complete Player Clinic is open to any and all high school girls' player between eighth and 12th grade. The clinic is designed for motivated players to prepare themselves for the next level of competition. The goal is to improve individual skills and learn in-depth team concepts. The teaching and playing sessions, led by White and assistant coach Lauren Schwarzmann, will be challenging and fun. Additionally, attendees will have the chance to work with experience staff members and players on the Aztec lacrosse team.

The second clinic, named the Women's Lacrosse 2011 Girls Youth Clinic, will take place on Oct. 9 on the SDSU Lacrosse Field. This clinic runs from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. and costs $40. Lunch will also not be served.

The Women's Lacrosse 2011 Girls Youth Clinic is open to any and all girls' youth players between second and seventh grade. The clinic will teach players lacrosse knowledge and skills. It will focus on individual skills and team concepts under the direction of a top-notch coach staff and Division I players.

Checks for each clinic - Complete Player Clinic on Sept. 25 ($75) and the Women's Lacrosse 2011 Girls Youth Clinic on Oct. 9 ($40) - should be made out to SDSU Women's Lacrosse.
