SAN DIEGO - The San Diego State football team has been ranked as the No. 3 Mountain West Conference team in the Post-Spring Power Rankings published by ESPN.com for non-Power-6 conferences.

Among all non-Power-6 schools, the Aztecs are rated sixth. Fellow MWC schools, Boise State and TCU, sit atop the rankings at No. 1 and No. 2, respectively.

In addition, three contests on the San Diego State's 2011 schedule were chosen as part of ESPN.com's Games to Watch, including its Sept. 24 matchup at Michigan. Mountain West home dates vs. TCU on Oct. 8, and Boise State on Nov. 19, were also highlighted.

San Diego State season football tickets start at $66 and include reserved seats to all seven Aztec home games. The 2011 home schedule features contests against TCU (13-0 in 2010 and Rose Bowl champions) and Boise State (12-1 in 2010 and Las Vegas Bowl champions), as well as matchups with Fresno State and Washington State.

A $50 deposit is currently being accepted for 2011 football season tickets. San Diego State fans can place their deposit by visiting the SDSU Qualcomm Stadium Ticket Office located at window E, by calling the ticket office at 619-283-SDSU or by going online to GoAztecs.com. Single-game tickets go on sale this summer.

The San Diego State football team is coming off of its most successful season in recent memory, finishing the 2010 campaign with a 9-4 record and beating Navy, 35-14, in the San Diego County Credit Union Poinsettia Bowl to record the school's first bowl game victory since 1969.

The Aztecs return 14 starters and seven all-conference selections for the 2011 season, including explosive sophomore running back Ronnie Hillman, 2010 conference passing leader Ryan Lindley and conference sack leader Miles Burris.
