LOS ANGELES - The San Diego State track and field team wrapped up its competition at the Rafer Johnson/Jackie Joyner-Kersee Invitational Saturday in Los Angeles.
Alex Evans finished second in the triple jump invite with a leap of 38 feet, 11 ½ inches, while Josefine Koskinen took fifth in the 800-meter run invite in a time of 2 minutes, 11.64 seconds.
Stephanie James was fourth in the pole vault, clearing 13-00.25, and Kelsy Hintz took sixth (12-00.50).
The Aztecs will be back in action at the Mt. Sac Heptathlon (April 14-17), the Mt. Sac Relays (April 15-17) and the Beach Invitational (April 17).
