* - The Aztecs improve to 19-10 overall, markingt he third consecutive season San Diego State has won at least 19 games. Prior to tonight, the last time San Diego State had three consecutive seasons with at least 19 victories was 1938-39, 1939-40 and 1940-41 campaigns.
* - The Aztecs won tonight and never trailed in doing so. It marked the fifth time this season SDSU has won a game inwhich it never trailed, but the first time since Jan. 19th against Wyoming.
* - San Diego State defeated Colorado State for the second straight time, the eighth time in the last nine outings and ninth time in the last 11 outings. San Diego State has won the five meetings between the teams in San Diego.
* - SDSU entered tonight's game having gone 10 consecutive games without shooting 50 percent or better in a game, but tonight SDSU was 34-of-60, 56.7 percent. The Aztecs improve to 8-0 this season and 57-12 in the Steve Fisher era when shooting 50 percent or better from the floor. The Aztecs have won 18 consecutive games when shooting at least 50 percent from the field.
* - San Diego State entered tonight having connected on just 63-of-223 three-point field goal attempts (28.3 percent) in 14 conference games and the Aztecs wern't much more successful from bonus distance in home games (62-of-218, 28.4 percent). Tonight SDSU was 7-of-14 from bonus distance (50.0 percent).
* - San Diego State started its eighth different starting lineup of the season tonight.

Player Notes

* - Lorrenzo Wade
Missed practice on Friday due to the flu and subsequently did not start on Saturday... It snapped a streak of 47 consecutive starts with his most recent previous non start coming on Dec. 21, 2006... The junior had acareer-high 11 assists becoming just the 22nd player in San Diego State history to reach double figures in assists and the first since Richie Williams had 11 assists vs. South Dakota State on March 3, 2006 (2006 "Senior Night").

* - Chris Lamb
Junior Chris Lamb made his first start of the season and the fifth of his career as he will forego his senior season and took part in senior night ceremonies prior to the game... SDSU is 5-0 in games in which Lamb has started... It was the first start for Lamb since grabbing the starting nod against Loyola Marymount on Dec. 16, 2006.

* - Ryan Amoroso
Came off the bench tonight to allow Chris Lamb to start on "Senior Night"... The junior started had started the previous 16 games... Amoroso reached double figures for the 15th time this season and the 24th time in his career... He also has at least 10 points in seven of his last 10 games... This marked his third 20-point game of the season and the fourth of his career.

* - Billy White
With Wade coming off the bench tonight, White now has the longest active games started streak at 25 consecutive games... White waisted little time getting to double figures, reaching that mark for the 13th time this season.

* - D.J. Gay
Connected on three three-point field goals this evening, extending his career long streak of games with at least one trey to eight games.
