Following the meet, San Diego State will travel to New Mexico for a dual-meet versus the Lobos on Thursday with the New Mexico Invitational to follow during the weekend.
Wednesday, the Aztecs will be seeking their fourth consecutive victory against Air Force while trying to extend their winning streak to two versus the Lobos on Thursday evening.
Utah Meet Recap
* The Aztecs fell to last year's regular season co-champion Utah Utes, 134-104, on Saturday afternoon at the Ray and Joan Kroc Community Center. The loss evened SDSU's overall record at 1-1 and 0-1 in the Mountain West.
The Aztecs won a total of four events on the day. Sophomore Caitlin Friedhoff took the 100-yard freestyle event with a time of 53.52 while freshman Adrienne Conte turned in a time of 54.82 to finish in third.
In the 500-yard free, sophomore Emily Parker narrowly beat Utah's Loren Sweny by finishing with a personal-best time of 5:06.09. Her mark was .21 seconds-better than her time recorded at Pepperdine (1/24/04) last season.

Air Force Series History
* Dating back to the 1999-00 season, the Aztecs have gone 4-1 against the Falcons, including a 161-137 win last year in a double dual-meet in Fort Collins, Colo.
That day saw SDSU record victories in seven different events. Highlighting the day were two individual wins (200 and 500 freestyle) by Hannah Ryan and a 400 freestyle relay win in which Ryan swam the first leg.
In the four San Diego State victories, the Aztecs have averaged more than 153 points, while giving up an average just above 101 points.
New Mexico Series History
* Since 1999-00, the Aztecs and Lobos have split four meetings, each winning every other year except in 2000-01 when they did not meet. San Diego State won the last meeting (11/15/03) between the two schools with the Aztecs notching a 200-100 victory.
In last season's win, SDSU won 11 of the 12 individual events and were led by a quartet of double winners. Ryan won the 200 and 500 freesytle events, Megan Storey took the 1000 freestyle and the 200 butterfly, Caitlin Friedhoff finished first in the 50 and 100 freestyle, and Adriana Quirke captured the 100 and 200 backstroke.
