CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. - San Diego State men's tennis team will begin play in the qualifying draw at ICY HOT ITA All-American Tournament held at the Champions Club in Chattanooga, Tenn.

Three Aztec individuals will be in the singles draw and two teams will be in the doubles bracket. After making it through the pre-qualifying draw, Daniel Jung will face Kentucky's Tigran Matirosyan, senior Armando Carrascosa will take on Christoph Palmanshefer of Washington, and Markus Dickhardt will play Georgia's John Isner.

The team of Christian Groh and Benedikt Stronk will face off against Drew Eberly and Dennis Mertens of Ohio State. In addition to playing in the singles bracket, Jung and Carrascosa will play doubles together and be opposed by Georgia Tech's Jose Murguruza and Marko Rajevac.

The qualifying round begins on Monday and goes throughout the week.
