Jessica Atthowe began her third stint with SDSU Athletics and rejoined the Student-Athlete Services Department in January 2024. In her current role, she oversees the academic advisors and learning services staff while serving as the academic advisor for the Women’s Basketball and Men’s Soccer teams.
Previously, Atthowe joined SDSU Athletics as a compliance intern during the 2015-2016 academic year and most recently as the Student-Athlete Service Coordinator from 2018-2022. From 2016-2018, she served as the Compliance and Student-Services Coordinator at San Jose Sate.
A former volleyball student-athlete, Atthowe played two seasons at Golden West College before transferring to Menlo College, where she competed for two seasons. At Menlo College, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Business in 2012 and a Master of Education from University of Washington in 2016.
Originally from the Bay Area in Northern California, Atthowe has called San Diego home for the last six years.
