bio entering 2023-2024 season
Cassidy Barman came to San Diego State in August 2021 and serves as the Special Events Coordinator for the Aztec Club. She plans and executes all annual events for SDSU donors, as well as oversees the hospitality areas for the men's basketball program.
Barman is originally from Menlo Park, California and graduated from the University of Minnesota in 2019 with her Bachelor's in Sport Management. She worked in the Minnesota athletic department throughout her collegiate career in both the marketing and event management departments, and became the Event Management Assistant right after graduating where she oversaw the Women's Soccer, Women's Gymnastics, Softball, and Wrestling programs.
During her time in Minneapolis, she had the pleasure of being involved with various spectacle events such as Super Bowl LII, the 2018 NCAA Women's Volleyball Final Four, and the 2019 NCAA Men's Basketball Final Four.
