2021-22
Outdoor: Won the gold medal at the Mountain West Outdoor Championships in the 4x400m relay with a time of 3:33.68, good for third in program history... Placed sixth in the 800 meters with a time of 2:09.74... Competed in six meets... Finished fifth in the 800 meters in the Aztec Invitational (2:11.31) and Desert Heat Classic (2:10.55)... Took third in the 200 meters in the San Diego Challenge (25.53)... Placed first in the 4x400m relay at the Sun Angel Classic (3:34.57, 6th in school history) and the Desert Heat Classic (3:36.23).

Indoor: Brought home the gold medal at the Mountain West Indoor Championships in the 4x400m relay (3:37.06) and took tenth in the 400 meters (56.14)... Competed in three meets... Placed second in the 4x400m relay (3:41.25) and third in the 600 meters (1:33.215) at the UNM Collegiate Classic... Finished fourth in the Texsa Tech Open in the 4x400m relay (3:39.44).

XC: Ran in once race, the Titan Invitational 5k, finishing in 20:03.4).

2020-21
Outdoor: Won the 800m in dramatic fashion, coming from behind on the home stretch to finish with a season best time of 2:05.34, a new record for SDSU freshmen… Also was part of the gold medal winning 4x400m relay team (3:38.94)… Placed 38^th in the 800m at the NCAA West Prelims (2:10.17)… Finished 14^th in the 4x400m relay at the NCAA West Prelims (3:36.72)… Won the 800m at the Triton Invitational (2:10.46), the Long Beach Invitational (2:10.00) and at the UC Riverside Sprints Invitational (2:08.58).
 
2019-20:
XC: Competed in one event for the Aztecs…Set a collegiate career best in the 5k at the UC Riverside Invitational, finishing in 19:47.8.

Indoor: McNeil had another standout indoor season for the Aztecs, setting school records in the 800m, 4x400m relay and distance medley relay and earning All-American honors in the 4x400m relay… McNeil and the 4x400m relay team shattered the program record with a time of 3:33.81 and won the Mountain West Indoor Championship… The 4x4 team was the first Aztec squad to qualify for the NCAAs and the only non-power five team set to compete before the championships were canceled due to COVID-19… Set a school record in the 800m with a time of 2:08.30 at the UW Invitational (2-1-20)… Took third at the MW Championships in the 800 (2:08.53)… Helped set a school record in the distance medley relay (11:53.85) at the MW Championships… Also competed in the 400m at two meets, running a season best time of 54.81 at the UNM Collegiate Classic (2-8-20)... After the season, was named to the USTFCCCA and Mountain West All-Academic Team and also received the MW’s Scholar-Athlete Award.

Outdoor: Season was canceled due to COVID-19 pandemic.

2018-19:
Indoor: Set records for Aztec freshmen in the 400m, 600m and 800m… Set a school record and finished first in the 600m at the Don Kirby Invitational with a time of 1:29.93… Ran the second fastest 800m in school history in just her second collegiate meet when she finished in 2:10.02 at the UNM Collegiate Classic… At that same meet, she won the 400m with a time of 54.02, the third best in school history… Took eighth in the 800m at the MW Championships.

Outdoor: Took third in the MW Championships in the 800m with a time of 2:05.27, second best in school history and fastest for a SDSU freshmen… Helped the Aztecs win the MW Championship in the 4x400m relay and qualify for the NCAA Championships… The Aztecs time of 3:33.48 at the NCAA West Prelims was the second fastest in school history… Helped SDSU take first place in the 4x400m relay at four meets.
 
High School/Club
Attended Franklin High School in Reisterstown, Maryland where she earned multiple All-American honors and set countless Baltimore County records... Was named the Varsity Sports Network Maryland HS Middle Distance Runner of the Decade... In total won 19 Baltimore County Championships gold medals, 21 3A Regional Championship gold medals and 15 3A State Championship gold medals... Was named the Baltimore Sun Female Indoor Track & Field Performer of the Year. three times.. Was the 2017 Gatorade Maryland Girls Track & Field Athlete of the Year... Eight-time team MVP between cross country indoor and outdoor track... Won 15 high school state championships (13 individual)... Set ten school records... Set the Maryland Indoor 3A State Meet Record in the 500 (1:13.30) and 4x400 (3:52.15)... Set the Maryland Outdoor 3A State Meet Record in the 800m (2:11.27)... Recorded the tenth fastest 500m for a high schooler of all time according to TrackandFieldNews.com... Set Baltimore County Indoor records in the 500m and 800m... Received the Franklin High School Booster Club Scholarship Award... Also competed with the Pikesvilla Cheetahs Track Club (2007-10), the Baltimore City Track Club (2010-12) and the Owings Mills Track Club (2012-15)... Was the 2014 USATF Youth Indoor National champion in the 400m & 800m... In total, earned 11 AAU Junior Olympic medals.

Personal
Born in Baltimore, Md. to Tonya and Walter McNeil... Majoring in kinesiology with hopes of becoming a physical therapist or chiropractor... Lists Ajee Wilson as her favorite athlete... Has a cat named Snowflake... Was also recruited by Harvard, Ohio State, Miami, Clemson, Maryland and Georgetown among others... Enjoys dancing, gymnastics, painting and drawing.
