2022-23 SEASON (As a Freshman): Competed in 12 meets during her rookie campaign … Recorded two personal-best times at the SMU Invitational, including a split of 1:50.55 as the leadoff swimmer in SDSU’s second-place 800 freestyle relay team, helping the Aztecs capture the team title (11-18-22) … Clocked in at 17:49.96 in the 1650 free on the final day of the meet, which marked just the third time she swam the event (11-19-22) … Earlier logged a season-fast 23.78 in the 50 free to finish second in the “D” finals (11-17-22) … Swam the third leg of SDSU’s 800 “B” free relay team that placed 11th in a strong field at the Fresno State Chick-Fil-A Invitational (10-8-22) … Finished fourth and fifth, respectively, in the 500 free (5:24.29) and 1650 free (18:36.78) at the GCU Quad Meet (10-21/22-22) … Also turned in a sixth-place effort in the 200 free (1:59.32) at the meet, helping the Scarlet and Black to a 6-0 mark that weekend vs. Grand Canyon, LMU and Seattle … Placed fourth in the 500 free (5:31.01) in a dual-meet triumph at home over Utah Tech (11-5-22) … Also finished fourth in the 1000 free with a season-fast 11:01.44 in the Aztecs’ double dual-meet win over Cal State East Bay and Incarnate Word (1-5-23) … Contributed to SDSU’s 50th consecutive dual-meet victory at the University of San Diego after winning the 200 free with a time of 1:53.27 (1-27-23) … Set a personal best in the time trials of the 500 free at the Mountain West Championships after clocking in at 5:05.03 … Also notched a career-fast time of 51.51 in the preliminaries of the 100 free at the conference meet (2-18-23) … Ended the year with a pair of swims in the 1500-meter free (18:42.74) and 50-meter free (28.82) in a long course meet against USD, finishing third and fifth, respectively (4-20-23) … Earned Mountain West all-academic honors following the spring semester and received conference scholar-athlete recognition.

HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated in 2022 from North High School in Appleton, Wis., where she won four varsity letters … Four-time all-state honoree and four-time first team All-Fox Valley Conference… Earned a conference and sectional championships as a senior… Posted top times of 23.59 in the 50 Free and 51.56 in the 100 Free... On a record-breaking relay earned all-American honors in her junior campaign… Competed in the 50 Free, 100 Free and 100 Fly as well as 200 & 400 Free Relay, and 200 Medley Relay at the 2022 National Club Swimming Association (NCAS) Spring Swimming Championships... A member of the National Honor Society… Chose San Diego State over Marshall, UC San Diego and Pepperdine among others.
 
PERSONAL: Parents are Sara and Chris Allen… Favorite athlete is two-time Olympic gold medalist Chloe Kim… Plans to major in biology with designs on later attending medical school.
