2021-22 Season:
Outdoor: Competed in the 3,000m steeplechase in four meets... Placed second at the Aztec Invitational (12:01.77) and fifth at the Astro Al Distance Classic (12:10.14)... Set a personal record at the Bryan Clay Invitational (11:39.66).

Indoor: Did not compete in any events.

XC: Ran in a 5k at the Titan Invitational (19:47.3)… Participated in three 6k races including the Cougar Challenge, where she posted a season best (24:07.9)… Competed in a 4k at the Anteater Opener (17:25.6)… Finished in the top five among Aztecs at the USD Invitational, Cougar Challenge, and Titan Invitational.

2020-21 Season:
XC: Did not compete.

Outdoor: Competed in one meet, running the 3,000m in 11:49.05 at the Utah Dual Meet (Feb. 25).

2019-20 Season
XC, Indoor & Outdoor: Did not compete.

2018-19 Season
XC: Competed in all six races for the Aztecs... Had season best times in the 5k and 6k at UC Riverside. Finished the 5k in 19:21. at the Highlander Invitational (10/13/18) and the 6k in 23:18.6 at the UC Riverside Invitational (9/15/18).

Indoor: Did not compete

Outdoor: Competed in three different events in four different meets... Ran the 3,000m steeplechase twice and had best finish at UCSD's Triton Invitational (11:56.99)... Ran the 5,000m at the Oxy Distance Carnival (19:35.49)... Competed in the 1,500m at the Mountain West Challenge (5:01.77).

High School/Club
Attended Trabuco Hills High School in Mission Viejo, Calif... Cracked her school's all-time top ten for the 1,600m... In 2017, was named her team's most outstanding runner and earned the coaches award... In 2015, earned the Future Pride of the Mustangs Award (Track)... Received the Freshman Most Valuable Runner Award (XC) in 2014... Was team captain in her senior year... Took first at the 2015 Orange County Cross Country Championships, helping her team win the championship... Part of the 2014 CIF State championship team... Top outdoor times: 1:03 (400m), 2:23 (800m), 5:12 (1,600m) and 11:26 (3,200m)... Was a CSF member all four years...President of the Special Olympics Unified Sports as a senior... Also ran for the OC Heat.

Personal
Born in Mission Viejo, Calif. to Katie and Danny Regalado... Competed in soccer from age 6 till high school and was a member of the So Cal Blues National Championship team in 2014... Enjoys going to the beach, going to concerts and hiking... Majoring in public health and plans to attend nursing school... Lists Mia Hamm as her favorite athlete.
