Outdoor Track and Field: Finished 11th at the MAAC Championships in 18:33.24 ... was 20th in the 10K (38:47.37) at the Penn Relays on April 28 ... had bests of 1:15.51 in the 500, 5:05.74 in the 1,500, 38:37.97 in the 10,000.
Indoor Track and Field: Was seventh in the 3K (10:29.29) and the 5K (18:09.03) at the MAAC Championships on Feb. 17 ... was seventh in a 3K PR of 10:24.19 a week later at the Armory College Challenge ... had bests of 1:15.50 in the 500, 5:20.62 in the 1,500, 10:24.19 in the 3,000 and 17:50.54 in the 5,000.
Cross Country: Was 63rd in the NCAA Northeast Regional Championships on Nov. 12 in 22:15.3 ... was 14th out of 202 runners in the opener at the Iona Meet of Champions on Sept. 17 in 23:04.02 (6K) ... was 16th the following meet at the Paul Short Run on Sept. 30 in 22:30 ... took 128th in the 5K at the Pre-National Meet on Oct. 16 in 22:57.
2010-11
Outdoor Track and Field: Ran in every distance from the 1,500 to the 10,000 ... was fourth in the 10K at the MAAC Championships on May 7 in 39:09.84 ... best times on the season were 5:20.83 in the 1,500, 10:55.83 in the 3K and 18:39.60 in the 5K.
Indoor Track and Field: Competed in the 5K at the MAAC Championships on Feb. 18, taking 16th in 21:00.02.
Cross Country: Ran in four races, two in the 6K ... best time were 16:08.09 in the 4.1K, 20:31 in the 5K and 24:03.3 in the 6K.
2009-10
Outdoor Track and Field: Ran mostly the 1,500, but also the 5K and in a 4x100-meter relay ... was 10th in the 5K at the MAAC Champinships on May 1 in 19:45.61 and was a part of the sixth-place 4x100-meter relay team (1:04.30) ... best 1,500 came on March 27 at the Monmouth Opener in 5:07.83.
Indoor Track and Field: Competed in five races over four meets ... was 15th in the 3K at the MAAC Championships on Feb. 19 in 11:13.16 and teamed up on the 4x400-meter relay that took fourth in 4:30.98 ... also has bests of 2:38.90 in the 800 and 19:10.52 in the 5K.
Cross Country: Competed in six meets, including the MAAC Championship on Oct. 30, where she took 36th in 25:17.2 (6K) ... was ninth at the Seawolves Invitational on Sept. 5 in 15:51.16 (4.1K) ... finished 77th in her first 6K at the Meet of Champions on Sept. 19 in 25:00.40 ... was 232nd at the competitive Brooks Paul Short Run 6K on Oct. 2 in 22:57 ... took 32nd on Oct. 9 at the METS in 19:30 (5K) ... was sixth in a quad meet on Oct. 21 in the 3K (11:10).
High School
A four-year letterwinner at Arlington High School ... placed eighth at the National Scholastic Indoor Championships (2008) ... was an All-Dutchess County, all-league, all-section and all-state selection (fourth team) ... broke the Arlington HS record in the 3,000.
