Cross Country: Competed in three meets, two over the 5K distance and one at the rare 2.5-mile distance ... opened her campaign at the 2.5-mile UCSD Opener on Aug. 31 and finished 57th of 78 in 18:00.3 ... was 52nd of 64 at the Aztec Invitational on Sept. 15 in 21:28.0 (5K) ... finished her season at the Fullerton Invite 5K on Oct. 19, taking 93rd of 125 in 21:02.3.
2011-12
Outdoor Track and Field: Ran in seven races over four meets in her first collegiate outdoor season ... debuted at the San Diego City Championships, taking 15th in the 3,000 meters (11:24.01) ... competed in both the 800 and 1,500 at the PLNU Collegiate Meet, finishing 2:34.15 (23rd) and 5:09.39 (16th), respectively ... ran the same two events at the Beach Invitational on April 21, running 2:37.37 (100th) and 5:05.11 (92nd) ... ended her season at the UCSD Triton Invitational on April 28 and once again competed in both the 800 and 1,500 ... set collegiate personal bests in both events, taking 28th in the 800 (2:31.85) and 24th in the 1,500 (5:04.67).

Local product from Valhalla High School in El Cajon, Calif., where she was a mid-distance and distance runner ... owned PR[apos]s of 5:25.67 in the 1,600 and 11:58.8 in the 3,200 ... took fourth in the 1,600 at the Grossmont Conference Championships in 2010 with a time of 5:29.55 and sixth at the 2011 championships in the 3,200 (11:58.8).
