Outdoor Track and Field:
Ran in three races on the season, all in the grueling 10,000-meter run ... came in 12th in the 10K at the MW Championships on May 10 in 39:53.50 ... finished sixth at the Cal/Nevada Championships on March 29 in 37:20.16 ... posted a season-best time of 37:01.14 in the open [apos]B[apos] section at the Mt. SAC Relays on April 18 to take 14th.

Indoor Track and Field: Did not compete during the indoor campaign.

Cross Country: Competed in all seven races in her final season, leading the team in five of them ... had a pair of victories, three top-five finishes and four top-10 showings ... opened the season on Aug. 31 by taking sixth of 78 runners at the UCSD Opener in a 2.5-mile time of 15:30.8 ... was second of 64 at the Aztec Invitational on Sept. 15, covering the 5K course in 18:23.7 ... followed with a 28th-place finish of 292 runners at the Stanford Invitational (Sept. 29) in 21.45.0 for the 6K ... won the 6K UCSD Triton Classic on Oct. 6, beating out 237 others in 22:06.1 ... the victory gave her Mountain West Cross Country Athlete-of-the-Week honors ... won her second straight meet at the Fullerton Invite on Oct. 19, defeating 124 others with a 5K time of 17:35.3 ... it was the fastest time of her cross-country career ... finished 23rd (of 62) in the 6K at the Mountain West Championships (Oct. 26) in 22:00.7 ... closed her final season of cross country with a 107th-place showing at the NCAA West Regionals on Nov. 9 in 21:41.0 (6K).

2011-12
Outdoor Track and Field: Was the team[apos]s top distance runner once again ... competed in six races, all at least 3,000 meters long ... opened up her outdoor season at the San Diego City Championships on March 10, taking third in the 3,000 in 10:27.50 ... a week later was 13th in the invitational 5K (17:57.56) at the Aztec Invitational ... ran her fastest 10,000 of the season on March 31 at the Cal/Nevada Championships, finishing runner-up with a time of 36:59.06 ... was third in the 5K at the UCSD Triton Invitational on April 28 in 17:46.17 ... took 19th in the 5,000 at the Oxy Invitational (May 5) with a season-best time of 17:23.11 ... finished her season at the Mountain West Championships on May 11, where she was ninth in the 10K with a time of 38:36.58 at elevation.

Indoor Track and Field: Only ran in three races, all at the Mountain West Championships ... took 16th in the 5,000 on Feb. 24 in 18:27.49 and later was a member of the seventh-place distance medley relay team in 12:52.23 ... a day later was 22nd in the 3K in 10:42.06.

Cross Country: Was the team[apos]s top finisher in all six races, making it 12 straight races dating back to the 2010 season that she has led the team ... had three top-10 finishes ... opening the year with a victory over 71 collegiate runners at the Aztec Invitational in a career-best 5K time of 18:21.9 ... earned Co-Mountain West Athlete of the Week honors for her performance ... took 42nd of 278 the following week at Stanford in a 6K time of 21:49.0 ... was third of 60 at the UNLV Invitational and the second collegiate finisher in 18:28 over the 5K course ... continued her hot streak with a runner-up placing of 120 at the UCSD Triton Classic ... was the top collegian at UCSD, covering the 6K course in 22:01.8, more than 15 seconds ahead of the next collegiate runner ... was named the league[apos]s athlete of the week for her efforts ... took 25th at the Mountain West Championships in Fort Collins, Colo., running the 6K course at elevation in 22:28.6 ... finished her season in 109th at the NCAA West Regionals in Palo Alto, Calif.

2010-11
Outdoor Track and Field: Debuted on March 6 at the San Diego City Championships and won the 3,000 in 9:57.88 ... followed that up with a fifth-place finish in the 5K (17:28.31) at the Aztec Invitational ... won the 10K at the Cal/Nevada Championships in 36:09.94 ... was third at the Sun Angel Classic in the 5K with a time of 17:05.05 ... it was the 10th-fastest time in school history ... five days later ran the 10K at Mt. Sac Relays in 35:19.90, the fourth-fastest time in program history and the fastest time by an SDSU runner in 29 years ... ended her season with an 11th-place showing in the 10K (37:59.62) at the MW Championships.

Indoor Track and Field: Ran in only two races, but both were impressive performances ... took second in the 3,000 at the Lumberjack Invitational in 10:32.79, the sixth-fastest time in school history ... ran a school-record time of 17:55.31 in the 5K at the MW Indoor Championships to take 11th ... both races were at elevation.

Cross Country: Was the team[apos]s top finisher in all six races ... finished in the top 10 in three races ... opened the season with a sixth-place finish of 83 runners at the Aztec Invitational ... her time of 18:26.3 over the 5K course was the fastest by an Aztec since 2005 and the third-fastest by an SDSU runner at the meet since 1999 ... took 23rd of 212 in the next race at Stanford in a career-best 6K time of 21:32.0 ... won the Pomona-Pitzer Invitational in a 6K course-record time of 22:04.2 ... defeated 168 other runners at the PPI ... was named the Mountain West Cross Country Athlete of the Week for her efforts ... took second the following week at the UCSD Triton Invite in a 6K time of 22:24.5 ... won the MW XC athlete of the week for the second consecutive week ... was 20th at the MW Championships ... took 80th at the NCAA West Regional in Springfield, Ore., covering the 6K course in 21:36.8.

Cross Country: Had an outstanding first season of cross country at SDSU ... was the team[apos]s top finisher in two races and second in three others ... had two of the top four times on 5K courses and the second-fastest 6,000-meter time ... made her debut at the Fullerton Opener on Sept. 5 and finished as the Aztecs[apos] top runner in 21st (of 262) in 23:52 over the 6K course ... took 18th of 94 in 19:39 (5K) at the Aztec Invitational ... had a pair of back-to-back good performances in October, taking 30th of 122 at the Triton Classic in a 6K time of 23:51.8 ... followed that up with a 27th-place showing of 107 at the Northridge Invitational in 19:09.8 (5K).

Has a ton of international experience as a world-class triathlete ... was a part of the Canadian CJet program, but is strictly focusing on running for the first time ... finished second at the 2008 Canadian Junior Championships in the triathlon and third in 2007 ... took third in each of the past two PATCO Pan American Junior Triathlons, eighth at the 2006 Junior World Duathlon Championships and 11th at the 2007 Junior World Triathlon Championships.
