2008 Cross Country
Ran in four races for SDSU, including three 5K races and one 6K ...clocked a 21:30.90 at the Fullerton Opener (5K) ...ran a 21:10.00 at the Aztec Invitational 5K ...posted her best time in the 5K (20:13.00) at the UC Riverside Invite ...was 68th in 25:15.10 in her lone 6K of the year.
2008 Track
Made appearances at nine meets while competing in the 1,500-, 3,000-, 5,000-meter runs and the 3,000-meter steeplechase ... her fastest 1,500 meters came at the Aztec Track and Field Classic where she posted a personal-record time of 4:54.50 in the open race ... ran the 3,000 at the Trojan Invitational in a personal-best 11:00.57 ... logged another PR in the 5,000 with a clocking of 18:54.88 at the Cal-Nevada Championships, helping the Aztecs win the team title ... in her first season running the steeplechase, she posted the squad[apos]s third-best time of the year at the Steve Scott Invitational (11:48.71) ... earned MWC academic all-conference accolades.
2007 Cross Country
Ran with the first team in every meet to earn her first varsity letter ... established personal records in the 4K and 6K ... finished the 4K at the Big Wave Invitational in 16:02.00 and the 6K at the Stanford Invitational in 23:12.00 ... trimmed time off her 5K in all three races in succession ... started the season with a 5K time of 21:12.40 at the Fullerton Season Opener, then cut it to 20:26.00 at the Aztec Invitational before posting a season-best 19:51.00 at the Bronco Invitational ... finished the MWC Championships[apos] 6K course in 25:00.00 before closing the season with a 6K time of 24:03.50 at the NCAA West Regionals.
2007 Track
Improved on her time from the race before in every 1,500- and 3,000-meter competition she entered ... Saw her 1,500 time go from 5:13.67 at the San Diego City Championships to 5:06.85 at the Aztec Invitational to a personal-best 5:02.69 at the Triton Invite ... established a personal record in the 3,000 at the Claremont Classic after she finished with a fourth-place time of 11:07.28 ... twice ran the 5,000 with her top mark of 19:44.29 coming at the Aztec Invite, which was good for sixth place ... finished second in the indoor mile at the Mountain T[apos]s Invitational (5:51.28).
2006 Cross Country
Started her first year on Montezuma Mesa by completing the 5K Fullerton Season Opener in 20:50.60 ... was more than 13 seconds faster in her second meet, the Aztec Invitational, with her clocking of 20:37.00 ... posted her SDSU career best at the UC Riverside Invite with a time of 19:11.00 ... competed in the UCSD Triton Classic (6K) and finished in 25:26.00 ... ended the season at the Santa Clara Invitational where she registered a time of 19:18.00.
High School
Ran four years on varsity at Crescenta Valley ... was an all-Pacific League first-team selection ... helped lead the Falcons to the state championship during her senior season and was named to the all-CIF team ... was a defender on the soccer team, while playing on the junior varsity and frosh/soph squads.
